Sharing the passion for doing
Design Factory Global Network (DFGN) currently operates in universities across the globe. The shared understanding and common ways of working enable the universities in the network to collaborate efficiently across cultures and create radical innovations. The goal is to be the leader in international university collaboration beyond academic boundaries.
Design Factory is first and foremost a shared understanding of how to support innovation. All local Design Factories operate as physical platforms to enable serendipitous interactions between different stakeholders. Design Factory brings together research, education and business practitioners to create a new learning culture and opportunities for continuous development.
We provide hands-on learning experiences for students in real life challenges and industry projects. For businesses, Design Factories offer an environment for finding and realising new ideas together with leading scholars, top future talent and other companies. Researchers have the opportunity to conduct interdisciplinary research together with industry partners.
